Squish hits me hard

Sentinels will return in AVENGERS DOOMSDAY.

SquishNet sending terminators model F-34T into the past to ensure its creation.

It's almost as if CG have designed the squish as an AI system that has gone out of control and is now operating beyond its original remit with no hope that its nefarious, destructive actions can ever be stopped.

Perhaps we should henceforth call it "Super squish"?  

I have people on my friend list that are in K1 too. They finished with a lower SR than me and "only " lost 80 to 100 rating. Yet i got hit with a -300 when I was higher than them.  Does not compute.

#1 ranked K1 player is some 9mln GP mid-game little fish. The algo is dumber than a bag of rocks.

I just checked my guild - people in K4 were all squished by somewhere between 5 and 10 points, which cannot possibly be WAI, based on how the squish was introduced to us when Skill Rating was launched.

The squish all of a sudden went out of control about 8 months or so ago.

Well from the players' point of view, yes.  It's not sustainable.

That's impossible to answer as we have no real way of discussing it with CG.  It's been reported on here as a bug and EA staff are closing the bug reports with a "WAI".  

Either this is incorrect or we should be told why it is WAI.

I have no idea outside of Kyber, but the whole of Kyber's squish is out of control.  The amount K1 and K2 are being squished is far too high.  Some players in K1 for no apparent reason are getting squished out of K1 totally, where other are getting less rough of a deal.  K3 which should have no squish or a slight positive squish, is being squished negatively about the amount K2 should be squished, roughly one win.  

So, we have K1 being squished more than they can earn in a season.  K3 being squished a win, so to maintain an equal league position you need to go 5 and 4, above average.  However, as K2 are now being demoted to K3, that's impossible.

There are I believe less than 500 accounts left in K1, a lot of which shouldn't be there and CG have no idea why they are there.  The longer they leave it before addressing it, the worse the situation will get.  The longer it will take to fix, the more the community will lose trust and worst of all (for them) the less these uber whales that should be high in K1 will spend because there is not point.

CG is a very odd company.  I cannot get my head around their decision making at all.
