State of the Game for F2P Players (balance/meta)

I love this game, but there are a few maddening aspects driving those of us who choose the F2P route. I worry that the road this game is going down may soon cause an exodus; nobody wants that this, b...

In squad arena there are currently at least 5 teams that can compete at the top: Titans, JTR, EP, Nightsisters, and Rex. All of these teams are obtainable F2P. The only P2P characters in any of these lineups are Sion, Zombie, and Talzin... all of which are viable at low stars.

In ships you're right the choices are slim, but Chimaera is viable at 5/6* so again, easily doable F2P.
