Stormtrooper or Snowtrooper for Empire?

Since I'm working on Empire characters, at least I'll be farming Tarkin once I finish with AA, and am working on Veers normally, just wondering which one of the two should I be more interested in developing, Stormtrooper or Snowtrooper?
