20 down to 10
10 down to 5
5 down to 1
So the players with the 20 speed secondary will still have higher speed mods.
So the chances of finding a +10 will still be as bad as a +20 is now.
If a person doesnt run speed mods, this change would be beneficial
Than the spenders will just buy the speed mods.
I think I mentioned before I am not against a change. EA/CG will do as they please.
The calls to nerf, seem to be only for the +20 speed secondary. Chances of that happening without nerfing them all are slim. So the speed advantage will still exist for those willing to spend, and the nerf changes nothing except make mods more useless.
