So the players with the 20 speed secondary will still have higher speed mods.
So the chances of finding a +10 will still be as bad as a +20 is now.
@scuba and what's wrong with that? At least this will make speed mod sets more viable to use. As of now speed secondaries are vastly superior to the speed mod set which should NEVER be the case
Not necessarily anything wrong with it but just pointing it out.
It seems the requests are to nerf the high end ones, which I just don't see happening on its own.
And the spenders will just use the speed mods with high end secondary's of +10, the unlucky ones will have secondary of +1 or +2 and there will still be a similar difference in speed.
I personally wish set bonuses were all worth more or more important but they nerfed/fixed them.
