I used to think this way too. Have you ever fought Wedge, 210 speed Poe, 200 Speed STH, Lando and Anakin before? All speed modded? The only team that can beat that is a mirror match. You may not have that level of competition on your shard?

Dont get me wrong, secondaries w +20+ speed are IMO a joke and needs to be adressed somehow, but your suggestion aint the solution...
Potential solutions could be: increase droprates from mod challenges or have A-level mods drop from mod challenges more often or something along those lines...
In short: let everyone have a good chance on good mods!

I get that but by making A level mods easier to get, it goes against what mods were meant to do, diversify. Maybe they can address this with mods droping from raids?
