Just give each player 5 blank characters everyone has the same exact stats and abilities. Give them skins so you can make them look however you want.
Arena is just a Sim button and rng decides if you win or lose.

This is the perfect description of all the people out there expecting to have the same chance than everybody else at getting the exact same thing in this game...
Yes there is some rng, yes there are some difference between players due to money investment, affinity of gameplay (aoe/speed, tm) yes there are some stronger teams than others ...
And THAT's GOOD !
Honestly mods have made the
most entertaining experience in months in arena ... Haven't seen such a diversity in teams if fight since the game began last year...
