I don't think Wedge or B2 need a nerf. I haven't met a Wedge or team with B2 I can't beat, not sure why people keep saying B2 needs a nerf. He's super annoying for sure but that's about it for me. The secondary speed stats are annoying and need a change as well as the set bonuses. For me it's the characters that have game changing effects that get speed mods and go first. If you're stunned or locked out of your abilities for 2 turns and slowed or stunned, there's nothing you can do if you can't mod a character to go faster than their's. The damage will naturally run you down with you being able to react to it.
