These characters overall "power levels" could change depending on who else is in their team and any leader effects, but it's nice to have these base stats ranked. So use these numbers to set up a good team you might not have tried before. Also, these numbers are great for F2P players who may not have the resources to concentrate on some of the heroes that are harder to farm for and it could show them the better heroes for them to concentrate on .
I strongly advice f2p players not to follow this list. As others noticed this list is flawed. Some of the best heroes aren't even on the list and some of the worst are. The OP should actually make a note telling everyone this is under construction and under no circumstances should someone follow this list. It could set back new players weeks or even months if they blindly trust this list.
