It's a pretty cool list, but doesn't take into account leader skills, buffs, debuffs and synergies.
That being said, this is a cool reference material and with the a couple big exceptions at the top and bottom of the list, this is a pretty good ranking system for characters, but I wouldn't use it to say the top 5 are the best team, just the 'best' individual toons
