CG has been working with swgoh.gg to make this feature happen. They wanted to add battle logs and determined the best way for them to do it was to outsource it to swgoh.gg. This is information that is not normally available otherwise. So let's not act like CG has no control over how this information is released and I would find it very surprising if they just gave out access to the info without having any idea how swgoh.gg was planning to release it.
