In my guild we are getting better, to beat it from 7 to 4 days. We are learning what strategy works best and which toons are the most useful. I understand that the current difficulty is not set up for everybody. And for guilds with players with lower levels is beyond frustrating. When starting to have a least 4 teams with max toons it will become better.
But I do agree, it need to be reworked.
