Tarkin Update

I noticed while reading the kit reveal for Appo that the FAQ section refers to Tarkin getting a touch-up in the near future, but the Era of Revenge of The Sith post before that stated Tarkin was getting a rework. So, which one is it? Is Tarkin getting a touch-up, or a rework?
