Taunt effects
According to SLKR and reys kits they can’t gain taunt effects. Yet SLKR can be marked and Rey also along with death mark. Aren’t those taunt effects?

Fear is counted as a stun effect.
Marked isn't counted as a taunt.
Now this is consistency.
