TB battles: HRSoldier and HRScout [merged]
Where has it been confirmed that we need them? What for and how many *'s. I mean having HRSoldier on a hard node is irritating especially since he's not that great so bit worried.

Those two text strings make it seem like star rating is the primary source of your reward tiers.
The part in the announcement where they literally said stars are the primary source of your reward rating helps, too.
Edit:
The Guild earns rewards based on the number of stars earned, but they also earn a new currency: Guild Event Tokens.
