TB Platoons [MEGA]

Let's discuss the best time to set your platoons up. Do you go first? Do you wait? Who in your guild is the best to contribute a toon?

Platoon toons. Does their gear make any difference towards tb points earned? Will the guild get more tb points by using a g11 toon vs a g6 in the platoons section?
