What is the mode of operations when playing Territory Battles? What do I do first platoon missions, or combat missions? Do I deploy all my troops in one area or should I split them up? Except for ph...

Contact your guild for how they prefer their members to distribute their points.
However, the basic strategy is:
1) Check what characters are needed for Platoons (you may not want to use certain characters for combat missions if your guild is close to filling a platoon)
2) Check requirements for combat missions and make sure you have enough teams to attempt all of them and get through the most waves possible (once you use a character in a combat mission or put them in a platoon, they can't be used again for that phase)
3) Do all of you combat missions.
4) Put left over characters in Platoons.
5) Check with your guild to see where you should deploy all of your remaining troops and deploy them there. (Ships are always deployed separately in a single section).
