At the very least if they are going to leave it up to rng drops the guaranteed guild tokens should be greatly increased and the gap should be widened for each rewards tier. I'm thinking 10000 for 45, 9000 for 44 or something along those lines. Make the effort show in the rewards. We're talking about maybe 3 TB's a month so give us something to be satisfied with.
