Completing ops on Zeffo doesn’t mean a whole lot, sadly. The bonuses you earn by filling them need to be applied in stages to your units, so they don’t protect you from an unlucky opening set of moves focused on some of your characters.
In the Clone special mission I’ve completed it without any operations in the past and then been completely wiped with 6/6 in operations. Zeffo missions all have an element of RNG and operations do little to change that.
