Upon reflection, I can say that my guild (and I'm sure the majority of other guilds) are a few months away from completing this raid.
Most of my guild mates have 2/3 solid teams that they use throughout the game, however it seems for this raid you need closer to 6/7 fully geared and modded teams. I think this raid will change the way guilds approach recruitment, as all 50 members will have to be at a certain level of competitiveness in order to complete the raid.
Hats off to the devs, this is exactly the kind of challenge the game needed - making guild members work together and coordinate effectively to complete a raid, rather than relying on a select few members soloing phases and dropping huge scores etc.
However if my guild wants to complete this raid anytime soon, we're going to have to kick some dead wood and recruit some new members..
Focus on 6 solid teams and 50 players. I'll be posting successful teams on the forums as we find them.
