Teebo + Ewoks Nerf

Nerfs are fine if do they bring some balance: over-powered toons being brought down a peg or two is fine...

...but why cripple a low rank toon that no-one can seriously considered unbalanced? Particularly when they were so much fun to play with as they were.

This is even more annoying when there are massive out of whack balance issues everywhere else...
