What is happening is that his leader ability changes his stealth status regardless or whether he is stealthed already or not. Fixing it would probably simplify the code, but it would make him even more powerful against the Rancor than he already is, and they don't want to give the ability to do well against the Heroic Rancor to any more non whales than they absolutely have to, so he will be left as is.
I doubt you will ever get the devs to say so, but I'm pretty sure that Teebo's stealth bug is now classed as a feature rather than a bug.
You can easily get 5 mil against rancor with ftp toons. Hell, I don't even think whales use premium toons against it, except out of boredom.
The toons may be FTP, but that doesn't mean it is easy for FTP to get them, level them, gear them, and mod them. If the Teebo stealth bug were fixed it would probably double the amount of people who can solo at least one phase of a heroic Rancor, and probably triple or quadruple the number of FTP who can do that.
Lol, yes it is. A ton of ftp players have him and the others leveled, geared and modded.
