The deathmark display bug has been around for a while. I didn't know death mark was supposed to disappear on stealth. Before the patch I have had some weird interactions between death mark and stealth (death mark applies, then stealth, death mark persists, but the attacks act as if there is no death mark). Haven't tested post-patch.
