I want my guys and girls to have fun playing the game, we all do. But I also want my guild to do as well as possible in TB and if that means that you have to miss out a combat mission in an area that’s already complete, that’s tough in my book. Better that you miss out on playing a combat mission, than the guild miss out on a star.
That’s the whole reason why your rewards for TB are split equally among the guild. There are no extra prizes for who has the biggest contribution in points or combat waves. TB is about Guild strength not personal contributions. If you want to top out every leaderboard, then make sure you log on when a phase opens....
