2, Set a mandatory wait time from start of phase where nothing can be done for 10/15/30 minutes giving officers time to go in and check platoons, block CM's etc.
Great ideas!! you may not want to be an officer but could tanke ownership with regards to TB. Also, I think it is good to be able to block all TB activity temporarily so officers can guide us. This last point however could be handled without an in game tool as long as the guild is disciplined.
