Territory Battles 12 or 24 hour Phases?

Just want everyone who thinks TB should have 12 hour phases to say 12 and 24 hour phases say 24. I say 24.

I have a post in "Guilds and Recruitment" asking for it to be 24 OR optional 12 or 24 hr format.
