Easy solution.. If it's killing your Moral and guild.. Don't do them.

I hear what you are saying but the matching is a lot more complicated then people think. As for a 38mill difference, do you have any substantial proof on that? It matches based on players and their gp combined so... You essentially saying that you had, as an example, 40 people with say 40 mill gp... Paired against a guild that had 40 people with 78 mill gp? Really do find that much of a difference hard to believe.

TW and tb are optional, if your guild doesn't like doing them, then simply don't.

having to choose between doing an event you don't like and losing rewards for skipping it is not a reasonable solution. neither option is a good one and it's a lousy bind the game puts people in sometimes.

don't skip it entirely. If you don't like it, your guild could just decide to have everyone each stick one squad on defense and call it a day. Take 2nd place and get rewards for pretty much doing nothing.
