I agree with OP but wanna take it farther. Determine how much each guild defeated in each territory win or lose. Galactic power defeated is relative to the guild. Same with top guilds. The brackets are designed so a 50mil guild doesn't have to face a 100mil guild. Not fair for the 50mil guild who is a top team in their respective bracket.
