Territory Wars rewards

Do members who registered but were unable to get any banners still get rewards?

I had a few members who couldn't get any banners due to the lack of defense we faced. We had told members with 3 or fewer squads to hold off on defense and now it seems that was a horrible idea. We had like 10 defense squads to fight...

    No, they don't. It sends a message saying .. no play, no reward. More politely of course, but you get the idea.

    If they didn’t bother to attack or deploy over two 24 hr windows why should they get anything?

    Placing one defensive team puts you on the scoreboard. No participation then no reward is fair to me
