I saw something like this happen at the beginning of the Erso tournament (apparently dodge leads are still a thing) with Dooku. I don't think it was with TFP, but ig88 who gets a similar damage buff. Hit the target with 88's basic and a few "dodges" appeared on other heroes. Don't recall if it triggered offense up or not, as I wasn't looking for it. I sort of dismissed as a graphical glitch when it happened until I read this.
