I heard they'll remove Thai language and Bahasa Indonesia from this game by the end of this month. Since I'm a Thai player, is this a bad sign for something like, EoS in my region?

Are there even regions in SWGOH? It's not like we're playing real time PvP for there to be a need for it.
Unfortunately, because the huge loan interests hanging over EA, SWGOH is having to find and save money in every place it possibly can. This appears to be a way they can save a few nickel and dimes.
I have no idea whether your worry is possible or even possibly a thing, but my hunch is that it isn't going to happen.
