Thank You for Creating More Than Just a Game – A Message from Indonesia

To the entire Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes development team,

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all of you. For you, this may be a game that you work on every day, but for me, it has been a journey that has accompanied a significant part of my life.

I started as an ordinary player who knew very little, but over time I learned, improved, and achieved many goals that once seemed impossible. Every character I developed, every strategy I created, and every milestone I reached brought me an incredible sense of pride and satisfaction.

What has impressed me the most is not only the characters or the battles, but the feeling that my effort, dedication, and patience were truly rewarded. Through this game, I learned that great progress can be achieved little by little, one day at a time.

I may be just one player among millions, but I want you to know that the work you have created has brought me happiness, memorable experiences, and a genuine sense of accomplishment. I feel successful in this game, and that feeling would not have been possible without the hard work, creativity, and dedication of the entire development team.

Thank you for creating something that is more than just a game. To me, Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes will always be an experience that I remember with pride and appreciation. I sincerely wish every member of the team continued success, and I hope you will keep creating amazing experiences for players around the world for many years to come.

With gratitude and respect,

A player from Indonesia who found not only a game, but also a journey, unforgettable memories, and a sense of achievement through Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes.

May the Force be with you, and thank you for everything you have created.

  • I hope this is sincere but I decided to have my AI do a deep dive on this, not saying it's true but the vocabulary in this message is nothing short of amazing.

Wish you well, hope this is not AI written ^^

Yes — it looks very likely AI-written or heavily AI-assisted, but it is not possible to prove from the text alone.

    The biggest AI-style signals are:

    1. Very polished but generic emotional language
Phrases like “journey,” “milestone,” “deepest gratitude,” “hard work, creativity, and dedication,” and “more than just a game” are sincere-sounding but broad and unspecific.
    2. Repetitive structure
Each paragraph follows a similar pattern: gratitude → personal growth → achievement → appreciation. AI often writes in this balanced, evenly paced way.
    3. Lack of concrete personal details
A real SWGOH player would often mention specific things: a guild, Galactic Legends, Territory Wars, Grand Arena, raids, a favorite character, a hard unlock, or a memorable event. This text stays abstract.
    4. Overly formal closing
“With gratitude and respect” plus the long final identity line sounds like a generated tribute letter.
    5. Non-native English possibility
The line “A player from Indonesia…” could mean it was written by a non-native speaker or translated. That matters because AI detectors and AI-style judgments can falsely flag polished or predictable non-native English writing. Studies have found that AI detectors can misclassify non-native English writing as AI-generated, so this should not be treated as proof.   OpenAI has also described AI-text classifiers as unreliable, especially for definitive judgments.

My judgment: probably AI-assisted, around 75–85% likely, especially because it is emotionally clean but very unspecific. A human may have written the idea, then used AI or translation software to make it formal.
