Thank you for the make-good CG!

Lots of negative floating around, but I wanted to extend a personal thank you for the gesture. There's no way to know how much any one player was set-back by freezes but this is a fantastic good-faith gesture.

Happy people tend to not post on the forums so I feel that those who are grateful may be under-represented here. All of my guild mates (none of whom post on the forums that I know of) have been very pleased with their inbox goodies, as am I. So thank you very much for the consideration and the material acknowledgement of the frustrations that many of us had to deal with surrounding this issue.

Edit: I should add that most of my guild mates had no idea what the compensation was for as (again) they don't read the forums - an accompanying message indicating the reason for the make-good might be something to consider in the future.

    Not really sure if you know what you’re saying, because yes, double something would still be greater than nothing. Still makes it true. I’ll assume though that you are referring to only getting the global compensation instead of the thank you compensation for filling out a survey or ticket.

    We’ll just have to agree to disagree then. Because it makes no sense to me that people who refused to help think they should get full credit like they did help. It’s different if you did fill out the surveys or sent a ticket, but only got the global compensation. Hopefully you have the receipts; create a ticket and show the evidence and I’m sure it’ll get fixed. But if you didn’t chip in this time, try to chip in next time and it won’t be an issue.

    Same. Filled out a ticket to support and they said: I do understand your discomfort. However, I would like to inform you that we don't have any option for compensation but don't need to be disheartened, I will highlight your issue by mentioning in my notes and keeping this as a priorities so if there will be any update regarding compensation you will be inform.

    I did fill in the survey and only received the standard compensation. And also lost a great deal during the freeze bug. That's why I did the survey..
    To give double compensation to those who didn't suffer because of the bug is an extra kick in the nuts for us who actually lost something and did the survey and gets the standard deal.. very annoying. It had been more fair to not give anything.

    Customer service has really improved. They know you wanted something and they were ready.
