That's is a great quick fix.
You can already see the top 50 squads in the "ranks" menu...just make it so the ones that you can attack from your current position have a button next to them that allows you to attack through there...if you win and you move up - the button appears/activates on the next ones that you can battle.....would help a lot at least in top 50...
a little late on my reply but here it goes.
The ranks tab is not live data and only refreshes when you enter that tab. This would cause a large lag for people at higher ranks who would have a larger list to load each time. Even 50 takes some time.
