I never found the Dev tracker to be terribly helpful, as it only ever showed the high-profile bugs that already got coverage in the forums. It never showed the low-priority stuff that I was interested in, like the IG-88 quest.
In any case, if they don't feel like the time investment to update it is valuable, that's fine with me. Just make a decision one way or another, and clear out the prominent forum links if it's dead. Otherwise you end up with zombie threads like this one, with the occasional person chiming in asking when the next update is going to happen...
