The Logray problem

If Logray is required to beat tier 7 of the C3P0 event, why is he a near impossible farm? I haven’t seen him in the guild store in two full weeks and there’s literally no way to farm him anywhere else...

There is no problem with logray farming. Veterans had to wait 3 years to get 3po. If newer players don’t manage to beat the event within this time, we would have a problem. But actually, it would be their fault, wouldn’t it
