Leader: Seasoned Tactics (Zeta): Enemies defeated by scoundrel and mandalorian allies can't be revived. All scoundrel and mandalorian allies gain +30% potency, tenacity, offense, defense, and +30 speed. When a scoundrel ally inflicts a debuff, they also remove 10% turn meter from all enemies. All enemies have +30% potency and tenacity.
And did you mean to give all enemies +30% and tenacity from the leader ability?
