Well "pre-emptive rage quit" isn't a thing, and certainly not in your example if you actually understood what pre-emptive means.
It means I open the game, I see that the raid is up. I know in advance it is going to be a pain. So I just close the game.
My point stands as you havent quit in a rage.
Then I guess it is settled. The Naboo raid is fine and fun because your mastery of the English Langage is beyond mine.
