JTRey and CLS are locked behind hero journey events. So they deserve to be meta.
Anybody can run a 3* MT with the rest of NS squad and beat CLS meta. So a team that takes a few weeks of resources should be able to beat a team that requires multiple months/years? I don't see how that is okay
EDIT: I'm not saying nerf them into the ground so they aren't meta anymore. I'm just saying to make it more reasonable
