This team required very little resource commitment and could post huge scores to get big rewards for very little investment. And for this reason, CG nerfed Nutini.
1. AAT had been out for a long time already, when the nerf occured.
2. Only ever saw it solo phase 1.
3. The NS mechanics are WAI. The mechanics of the jawas calling each other to assist endlessly wasn't.
i can guarantee that zombie being good at gear 4 is not working as intended
CG makes money off gear and shards. They definitely did not mean to make a character arguably better at low stars and gear
Don't be silly. The developers know about the strategy some people used waaay back with a low gear/rank Old Ben simply to let him die early and buff the team. Of course they have thought the NS through.
Regarding profit:
I'm pretty sure that with the way MT and Zombie were farmed, a lot of people bought packs for MT initially, just to get MT one more star, as well as refresh the various events. I frequently face NS with 5*—7* MT and Zombie as well.
