an update to how I solved this old situation, almost a year ago: I merged my entire guild with an alliance, we became a 120m GP guild. Used some mercenaries to complete our first 3 HSTR, then we could do it without help. Guild is now 136m GP and we complete HSTR in about 10 hours, even though only about 15 bother to even hit the raid anymore.
