Flat implies sim reward style.... the whole guild gets 1 reward
If you arent doing that because "reasons", then do this:
Top 10 should get the same rewards.
11 to 39 should get the middle tier rewards
40 to 50 should get the low rewards.
And none of that should be lower than 5 r8 mats.
This is a group effort and should be treated like a group effort.
Top 10 get 13-to-16
11 through 39 get 9-to-12
40 through 50 get 5-to-8
That would be a more acceptable mat drop system
