Flat implies sim reward style.... the whole guild gets 1 reward

If you arent doing that because "reasons", then do this:
Top 10 should get the same rewards.
11 to 39 should get the middle tier rewards
40 to 50 should get the low rewards.

And none of that should be lower than 5 r8 mats.

This is a group effort and should be treated like a group effort.

I agree with 5 being the minimum. As of right now, there are people in top end guilds that may be towards the bottom, but still high end roster. They may only be able to get 1 R8 mat per raid, which can only run once per week. This means 20 weeks for just 1 character to R8. How about those that may have high end rosters, but may be asleep while the raid is active? There is too many ways for people to get shafted for this raid(not even including the R5 minimum).
