This game is driving me absolutly crazy. I've been playing for a year but I'm ready to throw in the towel. Is anyone else frustrated? Biggest rants: 1. Galactic War is impossible with my lineup. I can cruise through the first 10 nodes, then 11&12 are all g12, god mod, raid and event toons that don't die. 2. I keep getting a draw in arena now, thanks to g12. No one can die, so I just sit there wasting 5 minutes for zero reward or movement. I typically kill 3/5 toons, then just sit there dealing with a neverending circle of tank. Barris/GK or Chaze. 3. Gear is now a paywall. Straight up. If you want to gear anyone worth high level gear, plan on waiting 2 months each tier. Or pay for shipments, at roughly $10-20 each peice. Ezra at g11 needs so many high level pieces, its madness. Raids keep giving salvage rather than full pieces.4. By the time you get someone geared, stared, trained and maxed, they are irrelevant as we get 2 new OP toons each month. I'm laughing at the CLS crew as the new Nightsister lineup doesn't die. Go and gear the sisters! All to 12..! By January they won't be meta anymore as Snoke will probably be so OP he fights arena solo. Discuss

1. Resistance :) they’ll be your best friend, mate! Make gw a breeeezeeee! 10 minutes flawless. 2. Arena is tough. You gotta adapt to people’s teams. I’ll use one team to beat one team then switch to a different team to beat someone else. 3. Gear grind does totally suck. I’d love for it to be shorter and posts like this help the devs see that more and more people think it’s ridiculous but for now that’s where it is. I’ve come to simply accept my f2p butt will just have to wait a little longer than others. 4. The meta always changes. It used to be droids! Hah! It’s always gonna change as the game and toons do. Feels good to get those feelings out doesn’t it? Also feels good to step back from the game and take a little breather. Just see it as a fun game again.

Ok I’ll try, I’ve been playing 11 months and haven’t spent a penny.1. GW isn’t meant to be beaten everyday. A developer has said that when it was designed (many moons ago) it was meant to be the hardest test of your roster. That being said I’m on a 42 12/12 hot streak. Lucky me I guess, but I have taken the trouble to read the advice given about GW, so I do run zFinn Resistance and I do preload 5 other teams with TM.2. You’ve got to pick your battles. Some comps die better than others. I now eat Chaze teams and actively look for them, but I stay away from GK/Zarriss because I haven’t got anything to reliably beat them yet.3. Disagree. I’ve pushed more toons through the gearwall in a month than in the last 3. If your not doing 5 Raids a week then of course you will be frustrated, but there is a simple option. Move guilds!4. Maybe. Maybe not. Before he got a Zeta, Raid Han was largely irrelevant. Now he’s a very desirable toon. You never know which way the META is going to shift.That all being said. I hope your woes get better!

Resistance has allowed me to topple node 12 for the first time in months since the CLS nightmare. I’ve complained about it too...until I finally farmed a relevant Resistance team. I do not topppe node 12 EVERY day, but they get me to the end of GW typically with an unscathed full roster of toons ready for action and sacrifice on node 12. Either Resistance can handle 12 altogether or they can chip away a toon or two for another squad to come in as cleanup.Don’t be like me months ago and whine up and down the block. Farm Resistance and learn how to properly use their Expose and Turn Meter Reduction. Resistance Trooper is capable of removing those pesky tank buffs too to make the meta easier-just realized that TODAY!! I’ve been playing over a year and I JUST learned that.

Gear is way better last month or so.
Shard shop is very nice and these events are passing out gear like it's Halloween.

The problem with G War isn’t making it thru to the end, it is the end that’s the issue. Most of us have teams to make it to the end, problem is when you do get to the 11/12 nodes, the cpu is putting you up against teams with god mods on their meta teams. G War shouldn’t be meant to get beat all the time, but it should let you get thru it some of the time.

God mods should not be that advantageous in GW: you should have plenty of team with preloaded TM to cover the speed...

Gw, is hard but far from unbeatable. I complete gw about 75% of the time. Same rate I was doing a year ago.
It is harder than it was then but my roster is better now.
The problem is your roster. Either ,you need mods or gear or different toons.
Gw is based on your roster, exactly how, I'm not sure. But I am sure that the difficulty has grown equally with my roster in the 20 months I've been playing

My node 12 today was All Gold CLS (L) GK R2 Chaze.

I beat it. It took several attempts but I got it done, while I realise that they can seem unbeatable. If you follow a few simple pieces of advice there is little that is unbeatable. You just need find the order of toons to sacrifice to make it work.

I'm totally fine with GW just needs strategy but what drives me crazy currently is the release cadence of new characters and the intention to have an event each month which gives you 5-7 shards. The road to F2P 7*s for these toons is ridiculously long.

Lets wait what TLJ brings in december for this game and if there is something similar for the new toons then I will leave like many others did already

also, this game literally gives anywhere between $5 to $9 worth or crystals a day (Fleet and Arena). So you can almost buy a piece every day.

This is a game not shopping party. Not everyone can be in top20 in fleet arena. If you are in top 50 in arena you can buy full gear for g9,g10 not everyday but after 3-7 days.
I play Thrawn and many times it is very close to draw in arena. Draw is happening sometimes also not against Zbarris +Gk. I would like to play arena without auto but on 4 speed it is so long manually. Some toons after updated became very slow.

Also I'll assume your device lags. That's your issue not the game's.

Got to node 2 yesterday with a dn lead and a dooku. Was so annoying I just restarted the entire thing. This is how I play my game these days. All I was trying to do was pre-load a team.

Seriously can't find a place for fun in game anymore. Def not quitting, too much time invested plus love my guild and other social parts, but I am beginning to barely play anymore. Top twenty in arena is fine for me now where just last week I was top 3 everyday for almost two years (share payout with folks).

I realised I haven't spent crystals I've earned in arena for anything but panic farming for past couple months now. And then I realized panic farming for toons that will be useless by the time I catch up to the whales is just boring and absolutely not fun or rewarding at all. Gotta be some carrot for the stick in this game.

I am expecting big changes soon. Direction they are heading is already making a ton leave the game. Every TB now I hear multiple guild leaders talk about how many players have or will be quitting.
