While I agree that there is an over dramatisation generally in the forums, I don't always think it's unwarranted. Obviously players saying they are quitting or using unkind personalised rhetoric towards CG isn't helpful or in some cases acceptable.
I'm not a spreadsheet guy so I'll leave the maths to the experts about rewards. It doesn't feel like we are getting the same which is probably the crux of the matter, it feels distasteful and it lacks a real motivation or incentive to want to engage. I'm already eagerly awaiting to see what the bare minimum is I have to do to get 'enough' for omicrons etc.
Being reminded with a load of pop ups of how big the gap is between being a whale or normal player through character awards while simultaneously being smashed in GAC to players with a ton of datacrons who are already in a tier they shouldn't be in because of an unadressed GAC squish compounds the issue!
I don't expect CG to respond on the forums, it's not always a pleasant space but let's be honest we're all unique in that not too many of our RL friends are playing this game for x amount of years. We have our guild chat or forums to express the frustration and joy that is swgoh. I would welcome a feedback channel that wasn't public but also had a sense that you were being listened to.
