This is starting to bear similarities to Anthem

So You make a bad decision and nerf a bunch of characters as a reault of creating and introducing a broken new meta. Go ahead and top it with another bad decision... cause thatā€™s how it should be ...

No, was completely clear that Anthem had the bones and soul to be an awesome game. It's downfall was from some bean-counter deciding that it needed to be released months early. They were so close to a good game. Depressing.
