In my shard we don't collude to lockout.
In general, we are pretty respectful of different payouts.
What we WILL do however, is put people on our hit list. Any time they are in range we will attack them.
How do you make the hit list?
Act like a d-bag and start sniping other people's payouts when your is hours ahead or hours past.
