At least when you have a shard group you had an opportunity to work with them vs, say, a guild formed around your arena shard. That's when it becomes a bunch of bs... I can say that EA is looking into guilds like this but I seriously doubt they're gonna doing anything about the individuals working together from seperate guilds. You could look into being moved to another pvp shard if need be
