This Mod worth 2.93M credits?

Hey

I've just started getting Mods for my characters but I'm still really inexperienced. I check the Mod store every now and then after hearing its handy to get speed stats on Mods. I have this mod in my store right now...

MK V-C DEFENSE HOLO-ARRAY

Primary Stat
+ 0.63 Health

Secondary Stats
1.84% Tenacity
5 Speed

It's for sale at 2.93M credits and just wondering if you guys think its worth it? Not sure how much cantina energy I'd need to spend to get stats like that... I guess I could be lucky and get on first try, or could be really unlucky and never get. Gambling eh :)

On the face of it to a newbie like me, the stats appear to be good for a tank but would be great to hear some advice from more experienced players.
