Dude this is overly predetory, it's not fun which is what they claimed they were shooting for. It's buggy as all help which is weird since it;s been in development for a year. I can't even be sure if relic delta is working correct as I could not beat a reva with r7 with r7 phoenix.
Inquisitors have an insane datacron right now and if Marrok is present, there's some interaction (bugged, I think) that kills the Phoenix counter. The fact that you couldn't beat Reva with Phoenix doesn't mean that something is broken. It means you didn't use the right counter for the current meta.
